xml set-up file was created by Opticondit@aol.com

I'm new to Joomla, but trying to build a website & recently downloaded the Hot Photo Portfolio template. However, I'm not able to upload it onto my site & when I attempted to, I got the error message "could not find an xml set-up file in the package". How do I fix this in order to upload my template??

Are you uploading the correct file? You should unzip archive that you downloaded and install file hot_photoportfolio.zip. Or you can use hot_photoportfolio_hotstart.zip for Hot Start installation. Please read documentation for details.
