Getting weird Instruction

I have all the pemisions set to executable But I cant choose a language in setup

when I browse :

ideas1001.info/Bashian/media/system/css/system.css

gives not found, so eater file/directory permissions are forbidding access , or you did not upload all joomla files during ftp copying or so.

I changed permisons to writable and executable still getting a error

No everything is the same, permissions or missing files.

Change both file and directory CHMOD to 755, maybe you did not change directory CHMOD so you cat even reach file.

Anyway you can proceed with installation, than later something could change . Next button is located just before "Choose language" phrase. Select your language and click on it.
Your style files are forbidden/missing but generally everything works so you will be able to install joomla.
