Changing border color of hot effects rotator modul

Hello,

I have successfully increased logo size and adjusted position and have modified color scheme as well. I would like to change the thin border color surrounding the Hot Effects Rotator module on the front page. It is currently an orange color and I would like to change it to our logo red color. I can not find anywhere in module how to modify this color.

Could you help me out? With your help so far, I have [for the first time ever] modified files in photoshop, and adjusted the Layout.css and Index.php files with success, so I think I should be able to do this as well

Just having installed the Photo Gallery template, I am having the same problem - I want to change the image border color on the front page, but could not find the line of code in the referenced file in the previous post. I have tried everything I can find to change this, but nothing seems to work.

Has the code changed and this action moved to another file somewhere?

it may be that line is not 18, it's only line that in that file so you can not miss-delete something else

I have the same problem. I am now trying for days to change the color of the orange border on the rotator module.
In template_css.css or in style.css i changed the color to white but i was only able to change the color of the borde in the galleries.
Can anyone help me out?
