How to Move Up Hot Eff. Rotator on Front Page

Hello, I would like to know how I can move up the Hot Effects Rotator on my front page. The Module is in the ADVERT1 position. Is this as simple as changing a padding number like with the logo? Please let me know what parameter I would need to change. I have no problem with moving all the ADVERT modules up since I am not using the others so that would not be a problem, but if that creates more difficulty, I could move only ADVERT1.

Please let me know how I can do this. I think I need to shift up about half cm.

Please open file /templates/hot_photoportfolio/css/layout.css in plain editor, and find line 101. Class .upper should be there. Please change top padding parameter. This is the first value, by default it's set to 40px.
