footer text

hi, please how to reach the footer text? does not show company and site name but only standard text: "© 2010. Your Company. Designed by Hot Joomla Templates"
site is version joomla 1.7

solved! But i found that i cannot edit the the index.php template page from admin side, it gives error, also cannot import new modules....it says: Warning: Failed to move file!

The PHP temporary directory is not set
The PHP temporary directory is the directory that PHP uses to store an uploaded file before Joomla! can access this file. Whilst the directory not being set isn't always a problem, if you are having issues with manifest files not being detected or uploaded files not being detected, setting this in your php.ini file might fix the issue.
