how to change front page title was created by scottshort

Hello,

I can't seem to find how to change the front page title so that my company name shows up on google search. It still says JOOMLA PHOTO PORTFOLIO TEMPLATE as supplied with demo data. I am a little confused in that the template uses only the TOP menu but some items are still assigned to the MAIN menu which is not used anywhere from what I can see.
Where can I find this title so I can can change it?
