Hi,

I am trying to make a hot install but all I get is this !!
teamplay.gr/syllogosrizes.gr/

does anyone have a solution for this ??

I have other hot template installed on same server ( olympiadafc.com/ ) and all are running faultless.

and yes .. I have clicked install sample data .

Hi,

Make sure all folders have permissions set to 755 and all files have permission set to 644. You can use FTP client like Filezilla to change permissions of all files and folders.

A few days ago I bought the template Hot portfolio and paid for.
After several attempts to install the template on Extentions, I keep making the same mistakes:

First:
The template is located, contrary to the indication that it was not installed successfully, in the Template Manager
Second:
Supposedly, the modules were successfully installed, what I now do not believe
Third:
First is to install the plugin the following messages:
JInstaller: :Install: File does not exist \joomla\xampp\htdocs\portfolio\tmp\install_4f9a8d55c5735\photogallery\language\en-GB\en-GB.plg_content_photogallery.ini
and
Installing plugin was successful.
4th:
And then the template is also available in English, not even that is multilingual.

Overall, this template is so full of errors that I can not use.
so:
Either I get now immediately paid by me in a template or error-free version you send me my money back immediately.
I must report here on a forum to you it says all about the service from your company. Only collect the money, and when the template is wrong, you have to agonize about uch even with an English forum.
So now I either get an error-free template or I want my money back.

Das gleiche in Deutsch, falls einer meine Sprache versteht:

Guten Tag,
vor einigen Tagen habe ich das Template Hot-portfolio gekauft und auch bezahlt.
Nach mehreren Versuchen, das Template über Extentions zu installieren, habe ich immer wieder die gleichen Fehler:

1. Das Template befindet sich, entgegen der Anzeige, dass es erfolgreich installiert wurde, nicht im Templatemanager,
2. angeblich wurden die Module auch erfolgreich installiert, was ich jetzt auch nicht glaube,
3. gibt ers bei der Installation des Plugins folgende Meldungen:

und

Insgesamt gesehen, ist dieses Template so voller Fehler, dass ich es nicht gebrauchen kann.
Also:
Entweder bekomme ich nun sofort das von mir bezahlte Template in einer fehlerlosen Fassung oder Sie schicken mir sofort mein Geld zurück.
Dass ich mich hier über ein Forum bei Ihnen melden muss, sagt eigentlich schon alles über den Service Ihrer Firma aus. Erst das Geld kassieren, und wenn das Template nicht in Ordnung ist, muss man sich uch noch mit einem englischen Forum herumquälen.
Also: Entweder bekomme ich jetzt ein fehlerfreies Template oder ich möchte mein Geld zurück.

Install it using hot_start , in package you got form us there is file ending like ..._hot_start.zip . Copy all files form that archive to your web root. Browse base link to start hot start installation. Remember to click "Install Sample Data" during installation.

That way you will get everything like on our demo so you can just start changing content.

... all over again, as determined by 10 Once installed, even hot.start ... The template is not displayed in the Template Manager, the plugin there is the mistake, as described above!
THE TEMPLATE HAS AN ERROR ... Simple as that I have now installed a free template, without any problem ...
