File to modify the Contact form

Dear All,
I'm going crazy!! I hope you may help me!

Last year I modified the file concerning the contact form to have the double language (english + italian, see the link below):

www.alfredosestito.com/index.php/en/contact.html

Now I have installed JoomFish and I would like to do some tests, so I'm looking in all template folders for the file I modified but I don't find it!
I'm feeling a little bit stupid... May you tell me what file I'm speaking about??
