I have some error about photo portfolio template was created by iam_kety@yahoo.com

how can i correct this error " Warning: cannot yet handle MBCS in html_entity_decode()! in /home/heartwea/public_html/libraries/joomla/application/pathway.php on line 209"

You have to enable PHP 5 for your server, as it's required by Joomla. Perhaps you have PHP 4 now. Please ask your hosting provider about it.
