Hi all,

Sorry, but I couldn't find link to direct mail or to create a ticket, so I am posting my request here. My site has been under serious attack and a scanning service that I have been using to find and clean the bad code have given me this comment:

Here's what we cleaned. The code was really malicious and was probably injected by vulnerabilities in your template, plugins or other components. Please verify if they are updated.

I am sending rest of message via report to moderator link.

I could only find on joomla template manager page that my version of hotphoto template [running on joomla 1.5] is version 1.0. The download file has no version number. Can you please let me know if you have ever produced an updated version of this template or if it has never been updated?

I also have the same request for the hotfurniture template. I have the new 2.5 version that came with Virtuemart support, but again, no version numbers on download file or in joomla template manager.

Thanks

Regards
Scott

Hi Ivan, so for hotPhoto 1.5, there is no update? So you are saying just reinstall my download file again just to be safe?

My copy of HotFurniture for 2.5 [the one with VM 2.0] is also up to date?

Not sure where I am being attacked from - so I want to do most I can to protect site.

Thanks

Scott

You can always put newer template , because if there were changes that changes made them better, also better just overwrite template files it's less work that re-installment ( for j15 conserve your parameters.ini file) . Only problem are custom changes you had on template files, you need to copy them also to new template.
