Hot Photo Portfolio main gallery thumbnails

Hi guys,
I'm having a problem uploading my galleries (as this is the first time I am doing this).
I have resized my main images and uploaded them via the K2 batch uploader. The problem i am facing is that the thumbnails are tiny. I then replaced the files in the thumbnail file with bigger images, but that has no effect on the published gallery thumbnails.

maybe you accidently changed max thumb width or height in plugin ssettings

Where can i change that? cant even find the carousel gallery under my plugin folder.

When you enter plugin manager you can find photogallery plugin and when you enter it there will be bunch of settings

Managed to get the thumnails right, however, the images per row function does not seem to work? Whether I set the amount of images to 2 or 10, the layout stays more or less the same.

I'm a photographer, so a gallery supporting at least 30 images is essential.

Any advise? I still like the gallery, just want the images more spread out.
