Gallery thmub border color cannot be changed

The default thumb border color (also for mouse over border color) shows as an orangish yellow (something close to FFCC33). The plug in file has grey (666666) shown as the thumb border color. Changing this has no effect on the galleries in the articles.

I could find no where else to hack this value. Not a huge deal, but would like to tone down that border color.
