thumbnails do not show

thumbnails do not show was created by sobeinfo

They are being made and they are in the thumb folder.. Just shows as missing image on page.
newworldmiami.com/index.php/about-us/our-mission.html

I have set permissions to image folder. gallery folder and thumbs folder to 777 still do not show? Please help.

HOT Photo Gallery Joomla plugin thumbnails do not show.

Yes these 4 thumbnail files exist.
They are about 5k bytes and I ca open them in fire ftp but cannot go to them directly via URL even though I have permissions on images and all sub files as 777.

Maybe SEF miss-routes urls to images, turn of SEF in joomla global configuration to chaeck that.

Turning off SEF has no effect.
What permissions should my image folders have?
