that folder is already set to 755

yes but files are 644

just checked. Files are all set at 777.
Do you have any ideas why it is not working? I really need this to work soon

There is something wrong with your site , xEtplorer does not see joomal files at all it points to some totally different folder. Maybe moving site to other host can help, bu you can test that first on your local machine.
