Not showing "normal" text"in modules

Thank you for your efforts to solve the strange problem. It always happens to me... I made Dutch ini-files myself and the problem persists.
Strange thing is that, when the default lanquage is set to englisch, i have the same problem...
I can live with it. so this case is closed.

Problem solved!!
Was on localhost v. 1.7.3. Uninstalled this version and installed V 1.8.1

Everything seems to work fine but in Hot Map there is now an error:

Strict Standards: Only variables should be assigned by reference in C:\xampp\htdocs\meerinkomsten\modules\mod_hot_maps\tmpl\default.php on line 15

Seems there is now an other and new topic on the forum in Hot Maps

that is just warning , level down error reporting level in global configuration
