I am using hot photo gallery plugin for my Responsive Joomla Template - Hot Responsive based website and I am having a problem.

I activated the plugin and use the code at the article - it created a folder in my images folder with thumbs inside.

BUT WHEN I GO TO VIEW THE PAGE THIS HAPPENS. I see 4 small boxes approx 4px X 4px with no image in them just the border I predefined in Hot Photo Gallery. If I reload the page sometimes a correct size thumbs is show I tryed the Chrome and IE same problem.

If you click on the box the photo pops up like it is supposed to. So the photo is there and the path is right.

But why is the photos not printing on the page like small thumbnails like they should be.
