Hello,
I followed the procedure to create a photo gallery using the Hot Photo Gallery Plugin included with the Hot Photo Portfolio Template, using the same picture size of your demo:

- resized my images to 756x413pixel
- created a new folder "fiori" on the site
- uploaded the pictures to that folder
- created an article with the {photogallery}images/stories/demo/fiori{/photogallery} line
- created a new menu item

I noticed that the plugin didn't create a thumbnail subfolder, in fact the thumbnails on the created menu page are very small, you can see it at
www.rocnrope.altervista.org/joomla/index.php/gallery/fiori

How can be activated the automatic creation of the thumbnails by the Hot Photo Gallery Plugin?
What I did wrong?

Thanks in advance

Roberto

Try to delete thumb folder. If you change settings and thumb images are already made(bad) plugin will not try to create them again.
