Popup Doesn't work until page refresh

Hi,

I have a problem where the popup does not load correctly until the page has been refreshed. On the first attempt the image appears at the bottom of the page (you have to scroll down to it) and the rest of the screen goes grey in some browsers, Others the image goes off to the right and a black square appears. A page refresh solves this and the popup works as expected

Tested with firefox (mac & PC) & Internet Explorer.

Has anyone seen this before?

I'm using the Hot Blocks Template - Thumbnails etc all work first time
