Can't load hot_realestate7 into joomla 1.7 was created by curtisbollington

I've downloaded the hot real estate template for Joomla 1.7, but it when I try and install it I get an error,( -1 - An error has occurred. Copy failed). Any ideas?

Did you try HotStart installation method? If you like regular template installation (no demo data), then check if you can install any other template. Maybe you have problem with folder permissions.
