Main Menu on User9 position was created by stlmoguy24
Hi! I am having a problem getting the main menu on the user9 position to display correctly. I want my main menu to appear as the demo site with white letters that changes color on rollover. However, when I publish my main menu on the user9 module position, my menu items appear as links and are underlined and are towards the top of the menu bar and are not centered vertically. How do i change this? Attached is how my menu item is showing. Thanks!

It appears that nothing on the main menu line is appearing correctly. I just added a search box and it is not centered vertically either. The link to my website is

. Please help!
Thanks so much!

OK, I have answered part of my question. For some reason, when I created the main menu, the menu tag id of "nav" did not save. After re-entering that and saving, the main menu appears correctly. The only problem is that in Internet Explorer 8, the search button does not appear correctly. The blue box dissapears into the background and you can only see the word "Search". However, in Google Chrome, the search box and button show up correctly. Is there a way to correct this for IE8?
Thanks!
Thanks!

add to the bottom of template_css.css
.search .button
{
position:relative;
}
.search .button
{
position:relative;
}
