Troubles Installing Template

I have never had such an issue receiving support from any company that sells their product.

When a company has a product to sell, they have a support ticket module that a customer an submit an inquiry.

I made a second post, not so much to get extra assistance, more for those who are in need of a template.

HJT offers really good product and great support when they can stop and give assistance. Maybe have the team rotate after hour tech help like everyone else.

Great product, poor 24/7 assistance.

After extensive work, everything is okay. I did have to reload hot_realestate17.zip and mod_hot_joomla_carousel_pro17.zip due to some issues.

hot_realestate17 due to an error 500 when accessing it in Template Manager. Showed no preview in the Template tab.

mod_hot_joomla_carousel_pro17 due error message in the module in red. "Module XML data not available".

After the two reloads, everything is working fine.

Having to change the file permissions was a big pain, but so is the whole Joomla V1.6 to V1.7 has been a pain. It looks like Dec.20th, the Joomla "higher powers" are releasing a new version. Grrr!
