Is This Menu Alignment Possible?

I have two menus that need to be nestled next to one another in USER9.
The "Main Menu" is viewable by "Public" access, but the New Menu is for Registered Guests only.

I was thinking I could change the Ordering of the module in USER9, but it wasn't possible. I have plenty of room for this one menu title to share the TopMenu with my Main Menu, but in the attachment it wants to sit ontop.

Can anyone help me?

Yes, but it's little confusing, you must first click on "Ordering" column header in module manager. Then you will see fields are editable and , save icon near header text.

I see what you mean about it taking some effort. I got the ordering set, but it still resides over the HOME tab.
