I have bought Hot Real Estate a month ago and have 1.7 available for download in my download-area. How do I get V 2.5 (Or an upgrade)?

Sorry about that. The version of template for 2.5 has been added in the Download area now. You can download as usually.

Yes, any Joomla 1.7 based site can be upgraded to 2.5 automatically. Check the home page of your administrator's area.
