i don have the editing Bar!!!!

i already download and install JCE and doesn´t change the toolbar..

That is custom HTML module you are editing, right? Did you disable all other editors

I really need my tool bar, all the work is twice as difical, because i have to edit ALL MI PICS before uploaded, and its so trouble insert links

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO TO HELP ME? BECAUSE I DONT PAID FOR THIS

Check settings of your user's (superadministrator) account. You have option to set editor for the user there. Is it changed to JCE?

Also, check Global configuration of Joomla. Is JCE set as default editor there?
