Error! Could not find a Joomla! XML setup file in

I'm sure this is an easy answer but I can't figure it out. Just trying to do the basic install, help!

Yes, I read and tried that. I am using the correct file. C:\Users\J\Documents\Real Estate\hot_realestate_j16_unzip_first\hot_realestate_j16_unzip_first\hot_realestate16.zip

This file hot_realestate16.zip should be installed on Joomla 1.6. Are you sure you are running Joomla 1.6?

If you have Joomla 1.5, please use file hot_realestate.zip from archive hot_realestate_j15_unzip_first.zip

Well I thought we were on to something there. But I got this error: Warning! Failed to move file.
JFolder::create: Could not create directory
Unable to create destination

I'm going to try to use 1.6 - Stay tuned....

What's the value of $tmp_path inside your config.php file?
