Whatever it came with. I'm about ready to throw it out the window. How much does it cost to have you smart guys do it?
I'm still getting "Please enter a package directory." I've moved on to 1.6 and am trying to do a hotstart. I actually got up the blank version, so I'm closer. It's on my ftp but the first step:
3.In browser, open address http://www.your_site_address.com/joomla/index.php (change "your_site_address.com" with your site address, change "joomla" with folder name where you uploaded files, if you uploaded files to the root folder, you don't need this).
doesn't work at all. I've tried the root directory, changing the name, pretty much everything anyone has ever said on the Joomla boards and no luck.

First, you shouldn't be so upset, it's just a piece of software.
1. Go to your FTP program (or cPanel) and delete all files from your previous setup attempts.
2. Upload hot_realestate16_hotstart.zip to your public_html folder and unzip it there.
Do not create subfolders, just unzip all files from archive inside public_html folder.
3. Start your browser and go to www.your_site_address.com
The installation should start.
If you encounter 'some files missing' maybe you have some issues with file/folder permissions on your server.
Then you should read this article:
docs.joomla.org/Security_Checklist_4_-_J...irectory_permissions
and try to correct permissions through your FTP program (or again cPanel, if you're using it).
If everything fails, you can order installation service from us for $30.

Yeah, I'm aparently in over my head. I've installed templates in all sorts of formats but Joomla is new to me. I went into the website and get nothing, never had so maybe the problems are strait from the start. $30 is well worth it. What do I need to do?
