Home Page Error

Again Hallo to everyone. Sorry for the trouble i make but i'm having the following problem.
What ever Option in Top Menu make the Home page for the Site i get "Error Article not Found". The funny thing is that when i change another menu item as Home Page the that option raise the same error while the previus one is working ok again >> Showing for example a single article.

Try this, first remove your all articles that are marked to be on front page from there (uncheck featured if you use joomla 1.6). If you use joomla 1.6 empty the trash also. Then change your home page, and after that return articles you removed from front page to front page.

You should configure your server properly for SEF links. You should have proper .htaccess file in Joomla root (try to rename htaccess.txt to .htaccess. You can ask your hosting provider for assistance if it doesn't work.
