Links for Images not in order

I don't see where "User input" is located

Please copy here what you entered for field "Links for images. Please enter one per line. Enter $$ to skip link for certain images." in module parameters.

You did not copy what I asked for. I don't see our module installed on above link.

It is there on the right called "HOT TOPIC" towards the bottom. It has a very small photo and the words "MORE INFORMATION HERE", The module and assigned to all pages, but you can see it here on the page where I want the link to go to.

Look just below "Upcoming Events"

Ok, I found it. What you are trying to achieve now? From my understanding, you would need this image to be linked, right? But you could not make it. That's why I am asking you to copy here what you entered into the "Links for images" field of the module parameters.
