Category ID you have in Category Managers categories list , last column "ID"

Is there a way to get any additional help with this manner? The forums are great if you have the time to wait for answers and then hope the answer you get is what you needed but I reall need to get this completed.

Category ID can be found from Joomla Administrators Panel, you should go to Content > Category Manager. You will see all categories listed. There's the ID column (the last one) in the list that shows IDs of each category.
