Not Showing Articles From Chosen Category was created by JosephB

I've installed the latest version of the Hot Joomla Carousel Pro module.

For Content Source, I choose Content Categories.
For the Content Source ID, I choose the Category ID that has the correct articles in it.

The Category & Articles are published and I'm choosing the right module position. Still, the articles do not appear in the module.

Any idea why this would be?

If you set "Show featured" module parameter to "hide" and that articles are featured they will not show
