Responsive Mode Issue

My site is www.sdg.co.il/ .

Since the module worked well on desktop but not phone, I created 2 modules.
The first is for desktop (with Responsive Module disabled).
The second is for phone (with Responsive Module enabled).

I've been playing around the settings on the second to get it to work on the phone, but have not succeeded - so I had to unpublish it for now.

Here are my current settings:
Overall Width of the Module 1000
Overall Height of the Module 150
Number of Objects per Slide 5
Width of an Object 140
Height of an Object 130
Minimum Article Width 100

What is the secret to getting this module to work with Responsive Enabled so it displays well on phones?

You should use dimensions in % for mobile

I was actually just about to use another type of module here, and then your response came through. So if you can help me make this work, then I'll stick wtih this module.

Try 100% for width

So I tried
Overall Width of the Module 100%
Overall Height of the Module 100%
Number of Objects per Slide 1
Width of an Object 100%
Height of an Object 100%
Article Background
Article/Image Border Width 2
Article/Image Border Color
Padding of Article/Image 2
Margin between Articles/Images 2
Responsive Mode Enable
Minimum Article Width 100%

And the images are still small.

Giving up and trying another module.
