Positioning Off - PLEASE HELP!

[strike]I have been trying to get this up and running and have not been successful. It appears differently in Chrome, IE, and FF. In all the positioning is off. Please advise! I am trying to align it just below the image. brighttools.com/joomla/index.php

---- So I got the positioning right, now I am having problems in FireFox and Chrome but not in IE. Take a look at the screen shots.

Well, all I can say to you is that you need to redesign your html.Try to use existing template layout , not large portions designed from mce editor. I saw : position: relative, height: 285 !important etc...
