Is it possible to configure this so that I can display two rows of images.
I want to basically diplay 4 image, in two rows of two columns.

I am not sure if I understand. Perhaps you could create Joomla articles with 2 rows of 2 columns with images. Then just include those articles in Hot Joomla Carousel Pro.

Yes, it's quite possible. As I said, you should create articles with 4 images (using HTML tables or any other method). Then just include/select those articles (or category of articles) in the Hot Joomla Carousel Pro.

Ah, I get it! So a table in an article, each article as a slide, and 1 slide at once.
