To see this template as in the PC, on android and iphone what do I have to do?

how to deactivate mobile view?
or can we determined the mobile view for each OS, eg: android for desktop view, blackberry for mobile view etc

or can we put option on mobile site to switch to desktop version?

I don't want to disable the mobile templat, but I would like to give the option of selecting the full site, is that possible?

If not, is there a way for me to see the full site on iPad? I am using Joomla Admin Mobile, but I can't see changes to the full site because Safari defaults to the mobile version. I would like to view both versions for editing.

You would need too do some custom code work. Like to put some button that sends query string parameter to page to set some flag that will tell to site that $current_browser should be 0 no mater what. You need also to store that flag in cookie so it stays like that when user goes to other page.
