Paypal code not working in template

Hello,

I have embedded an html paypal code into the HotRestaurant template. For whatever reasons, the link to check out will not go to the paypal checkout page (it seems to loop). I have recreated & reinstalled the code with no luck. I've checked settings on my end to ensure that everything is properly configured. Can you take a look and provide a solution?

As for template everything is ok, button displays correctly , it looks problem is something else not related to site content directly
