Youre right about the file permissions corrected them now.
But it's the 3rd time i installed the hotstart of the restaurant template and the installations before all the permissions where set right.
As you can see now all files and/or folders are set too the right permissions.
And it still does not work.
So the problem still remains the same
.
I hope you have some other tips for me

Joomla is unable to write cache with xcache system and that is why you can't make changes in menus or template.

Only change that I made is Cache Settings (in Global Configuration) from 'xcache' to 'File'.
Now there's no blank screen but it's still not working in some options (for example, template' background).

It's not a template issue it's a server issue.
Contact your provider's support.
