Error! Could not find an XML setup file in the pac was created by everestongrand
I just downloaded the hot_restaurant_j16_unzip_first.zip. While trying to install through zoomla installer, I get the error I copied in the title.

That file has few zip files in it. Zip of standalone template is one of them, there is also zip with hot_start - whole joomla with demo data and template included.

1. You should unzip the file you downloaded.
2. Open documentation PDF file
3. Follow instructions for HotStart installation.
