Is it possible that I decrease the width of full version , so it shows according to screen width of iphone, i mean now its about 1024 px, how can I set it that when I browse from iphone it resize it to 500 px...

Not a good idea. You won't have enough space for left/right columns. Also, template will look funny on monitors.

Its ok now, But when I open site in Internet Explorer IE the site looks mess up,plz check
