Virtumart problem

I try to take "http://www." and end "/" away, and still fail.

I check /components/.. , and didn't find "com_virtumart" directory??

I use "hot_furniturestore_hotstart" to install it...

I use bluehost service, joomla 1.5.23 vrsion.

Are that files relay there ? Maybe you did not copied all joomla files , because of FTP transfer failure?

I re-install "hot_furniturestore_hotstart", fail messages are still the same.

Please help to clarify it.
