Top Menu Pad will not display was created by jstyslinger

While cleaning out a lot of the demo content I have somehow deleted my top menu pad to where it will not display any module published to that area or the logo. I have tried everything i can think of. Any help would be much appreciated. URL is www.shop-mondo.com

Put some module in User3 module position
