Footer module Item ID problem

I am unable to assign an Item ID for the "Contact" while in Menu Item Manager. The item id is missing therefore a link cannot be established. I have attached 2 screen shots for reference. We somehow deleted the original link. I have previously sent login credentials to Ivan and Milos in the event you need to go into the backend to look at it. If you no longer have the login info I will resend through the moderator link.

Not that way, just change menu item type to contact
