The dotted lines between footer 1, footer 2,

The dotted lines between footer1 footer 2 etc, dont go all the way down to footer position. Why is this?

.footer_wrap {
padding: 0 0 10px 0;
}

to

.footer_wrap {
padding: 0 0 0 0;
}

then add to the bottom of that file:

.footer_modules .modulerow4 {
height: 130px;
}
