Module positions

Module positions was created by Mobilepro

I'm trying to setup the Newsflash module per the instructions for this template but the only option I could find that would be the "Inset" position. This of course doesn't display correctly and after digging through the forum I find that it's the "Carousel" position which I don't see as an option in the module positions page.

Is there a corrected version of the module positions sheet for J1.7?

it's not on picture. That position is between top menu and advert positions.
