Store Name In the Demo Version

When I edit the store name and description in VM component, it does not pick this up on the store page and continues to display "Joomla Fashion Store" and description "We offer a full range of services from interior design to the build and management projects.". It does however pick up changes in the "Terms and Conditions" field on the appropriate page. How do I change the store name on this page, please?
