backend does not change the site

i have problems with newsflash module, i have made changes as administrator in backend and after reloading the page doesn't change anything.
please can u help me?

Hi, please make sure if data was changed in the backend. If they are still staying uncahged, it's probably XML problem. Let me know. Also, make sure in global configuration that you have cache disabled. Otherwise, it will take time until module change content.

i have changed the data in module and i have unchequed the cache in global configuration but the module stil does not change....
