Changing "Manufacturer" to "Artist"

I am using this template for an art gallery, and I would like to be able to change the word "Manufacturer" to "Artist" on the product details page. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You should be able to find all labels in files in /language/en-GB/ folder. SO copy all files from that folder to your local machine and do text search in files. Download some tool that can do that i relay don't know which file it is.
