Positions for those two menus are user5 and user6. Perhaps you should use HotStart installation. Your site looks broken. You should put some modules in footer1-4 positions.
Hi, I used hotstart installation, I added in the form footer (footer1), and another 6 in user login module while keeping the user in menu 5, but the view is not 'still correct.

If you installed HotStart properly, your site should not look like this. It must look exactly as on our demo, until you start to change it... I suggest you to repeat the installation.
