Problem with Effects Rotator module was created by max_pav

after publishing the form "Effects Rotator module" to the "carousel" segguente gives me the error:
Strict Standards: Only variables Should Be assigned by reference in / htdocs / public / www / boys / modules / mod_hot_effects_rotator / tmpl / default.php on line 14

Just level down Error Reporting Level in joomla global configuration.
