shadow colour on Advert 1-4 and Bottom 1-4 Modules was created by skytech

How can i remove the shadow colour on Advert 1-4 and Bottom 1-4 Modules. any time i change the back ground colour, there must be a whitish background colour on it. please i need it removed. pls see picture for details.
