Cannot TURN OFF the aggressive CACHING was created by kent8
I am having this trouble now with several templates.
HERE
tailspindonny.com
I am using the Furniture Store template.
When I change the logo, the images in the carousel, almost anything, the changes do not show up for hours or days.
Caching is TURNED OFF in the template.
I have tried several different browsers, and have flushed the browser cache repeatedly.
SAME PROBLEM with the first template that I tried for this new site, Electronics Store.
ANY idea what the heck is happening here ?
NEVER had this sort of problem before...
Thanks,
Kent

Hello,
If your changes appear after a period, then it's definitely caching. So, if you are sure that caching is disabled in Joomla, the caching may be enabled for your hosting server. Please check with hosting support about this.
If you use CloudFlare or another similar provider, you should enable Development mode to prevent caching.
